SCHEDULED FLIGHTS & CHARTERS
Our preferred suppliers are Coastal Aviation, Auric Air and Safarilink, our reservations team is happy to quote and book both scheduled and charter flights for your guests.
DAR ES SALAAM HOTELS & TRANSFERS
We are happy to book overnight accommodation for your guests in Dar es Salaam. Please contact the reservations department and we can quote you a room at the hotel of your choice. Alternatively we can send accommodation suggestions which would be suitable to your guests. We can also assist with organising any transfers needed.
PRIVATE VEHICLES
All our 4 x 4s are for exclusive use and you can also benefit from a private guide during your safaris.
This service is included at no extra cost.
BOOKING PROCEDURE PROVISIONAL BOOKING
After consulting with the Availability Calendar, please email the reservations department at reservations@labalaba.co.tz with as much information as possible, including flight and hotel options, ages of guests, number of tents required, dates, dietary requirements etc. to make a provisional booking. Please note we do not take block bookings during high season – if you have a special request please indicate this when making your booking enquiry.
DEPOSIT
After confirmation you will need to pay the 20% deposit within 10 days. However we do understand that you might have fixed dates for transferring money and that this can take some time. So we will send you a reminder if you do not pay after 10 days. We will then give you a subsequent 7 days to pay. But if we do not receive the deposit after this period we have the right to release the booking.

BALANCE
The balance needs to be paid 30 days before the guest arrives, or 60 days before arrival when it is a group booking of 3 tents or more. If we do not receive the balance we will send you a reminder and give you another 7 days to pay. But if we do not receive the balance after this period we will cancel your booking.
Please note that we will follow the above procedure as unfortunately we have experienced that agents with good intentions did not pay their bills while their guests had stayed at our camps. If you have any questions about the above procedure please contact our reservations manager Festus at Festus@selous.com and he will try to assist wherever possible.
